Note: Students who have signed up for a Nelnet payment plan, should not stop paying after they’ve been awarded financial aid and it’s been posted to their account until they receive an email from Nelnet stating that their payment plan has been satisfied.
Fall 2023
Enrollment in the Fall Semester 2023 Nelnet Payment Plan begins Wednesday, July 5, 2023.ÌýPlease check the Tuition and Fees Payment Deadlines to avoid being deregistered from courses. Once enrolled, students will receive an email from Nelnet with agreement details and payment confirmation.
This is not a loan program. There are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The cost to enroll in the payment plan is $25 per semester and it will be added onlyÌýto the first payment.ÌýItÌýis a nonrefundable fee forÌýNelnet account enrollment.
Important Note: Students must already be registered for courses before they can enroll in the Nelnet Payment Plan. If Financial Aid has not been awarded, it will not prevent students from being deregistered from their courses.ÌýIt is a student's responsibilityÌýto settle their student account before deregistration is executed. Once enrolled into a Nelnet Payment Plan,Ìýcourses are locked in for the semester. Payments are drafted automatically on the payment due date.
