Academic advising at ²Ê¿â±¦µäapp is the key to your success.  Our advisors help you determine your interests, explore career options, set academic goals, select courses, answer questions about your program of study, and ensure you’re ready for registration.

Academic Advising Hours

Important: Follow the Enrollment Steps prior to meeting with an advisor. Appointments and walk-in advising assistance are available daily.

Main Campus and Orange County Campus (OCC)

Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.., Main Campus and OCC
Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.., Main Campus and OCC
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Main Campus and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., OCC
Saturday, April 27, 2024: 8 a.m. – Noon, Main Campus

Note: The Advising Office closes at 3:30 p.m. the last Friday of each month. Please check the Academic Calendar for additional college closures that may affect advising hours. 

Students in High School or Dual Enrollment 

Career and College Promise (CCP) students should follow the CCP enrollment process and contact their appropriate College Liaison or email ccp@durhamtech.edu if they have questions.

Current Students

All students – except Visiting Students – are assigned an Academic Advisor. You can find the name of your assigned academic advisor in under Student Planning → Go to Plan & Schedule → Advising. Contact your advisor as soon as possible; if they do not respond within three (3) business days, you may forward the email message you sent to your advisor with a message requesting assistance to advising@durhamtech.edu, and you will be connected to an advisor who will help you.
